Job summary

• Collect overdue debts via phone and propose payment arrangements.
• Provide accurate information and maintain professional, polite interactions.
• Handle mail and other administrative duties for Early Collections Department.

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties
• Collect overdue debts via phone – suggest solutions to non-paying clients, make arrangements about payments
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information
• Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department
