Home Credit in Quezon City is seeking a collections agent to handle outbound and inbound calls, inform clients of due amounts and contract details, and negotiate payment arrangements. • Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties
• Collect overdue debts via phone – suggest solutions to non‑paying clients, make arrangements about payments
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information
• Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department
