Qualifications

• At least 1.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Background in documenting business and system requirements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Perform daily updating of IT, system, and user-related issues in the electronic ticketing system
• Participate in assigned project activities following the approved IT Business Systems Implementation methodology
• Handle and complete user requests related to IT and business systems
• Develop and maintain documentation of business systems processes and QMS-related procedures
• Conduct regular coordination with stakeholders for both project and BAU activities
• Perform other tasks aligned with department objectives
• Serve as the primary support for IT, system, or process-related issues and enhancement requests
• Execute functional and technical tasks during system implementations and ongoing support (SAP and other systems)
• Create and update user guides and system documentation for new and existing processes
• Support issue resolution, service requests, and process improvements
• Assist in process development and implementation aligned with QMS standards
