Job summary

Indra Group in the Philippines is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support telecom and media initiatives. You will work with stakeholders to capture pain points and future-state needs, document end-to-end processes, and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

You will map as-is and to-be processes, identify gaps, align with the functional scope, and assist with test scripts, data cleansing rules, and migration validation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder workshops & interviews
• Capture business pain points and future-state needs
• Document end-to-end process flows
• Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and optimization areas
• Align processes with functional scope
• Translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria
• Prioritize and refine backlog with business stakeholders
• Support test script creation & validation
• Define business rules for data cleansing & mapping
• Validate migration approach with functional teams
• Support reconciliation and business sign-off
