Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and design system improvements.
• Plan, implement, and maintain new systems and enhancements.
• Prepare BRDs, flowcharts and gap analyses for approvals.
• Coordinate rollouts, testing, and user trainings when needed.
• Monitor implementation issues and coordinate with project manager.
• Produce reports and dashboards to support decision making.
