What You’ll Do:

The Junior Brand Business Development will lead the development and execution of influencer and celebrity partnership strategies to drive brand campaigns and accelerate business growth. Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with agencies and talent management teams, while owning end-to-end negotiations and contract execution. Oversee the full lifecycle of collaborations from onboarding through campaign launch, ensuring seamless delivery, brand alignment, and maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain direct connections with influencer and celebrity agencies or management teams.
• Handle partnership inquiries, quotation requests, and commercial negotiations.
• Negotiate rates and contractual terms to ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage contract signing and coordination of collaboration details.
• Follow up on execution timelines to ensure a smooth campaign launch.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
