Job summary

UnionBank in Makati City seeks a Junior Branch Ambassador to support deposit account servicing and digital banking adoption. You will help process deposits, withdrawals, encashments, and payments while delivering courteous service and addressing inquiries.

You will promote UB Online and mobile apps, ensure accurate transactions, maintain confidentiality, and assist in branch operations. A collaborative team player ready to learn and grow with the bank is ideal.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle deposits, withdrawals, encashments, checkbook reorders, inquiries and other monetary transactions.
• Must promote UB Online and other digital platforms to customers.
• Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Promote digital banking adoption by advocating UB Online, The Portal, SME Business Banking App, Digital Transaction Portal, and maximizing the use of self-service and digital channels during customer engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professional, courteous, and personalized service while addressing client concerns, promoting products, and referring potential clients to appropriate business units.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance by accurately processing transactions, maintaining confidentiality, adhering to bank policies, security procedures, KPIs, and supporting business continuity initiatives when required.
• Support branch operations and platform functions by assisting in account processing, validating documentation, ensuring accurate fee charging and reporting, maintaining work area readiness, and serving as an alternate custodian when assigned.
• Foster teamwork and branch performance by collaborating with colleagues, contributing to branch targets, participating in employee engagement initiatives, and performing other duties necessary to support branch operations and service quality.
