CHARLZ IVAN MASCARDO TAX AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Encoder to support daily transactions, document handling, and client accounting tasks. Training will be provided and no prior work experience is required.

The role offers hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week, suitable for fresh graduates and early-career applicants eager to learn accounting software and practice accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Fresh graduates and college undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• A background in Accountancy, AIS, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related course is an advantage.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Willing to learn bookkeeping and accounting principles and software.
• Comfortable using computers and MS Office applications.
• Willing to learn QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Accurate in typing and encoding numerical information.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
• Able to communicate clearly and work with a team.
• Available for full-time work and able to follow the hybrid work schedule.

Aufgaben

• Accurately encode sales, purchases, receipts, disbursements, and other financial transactions into spreadsheets or accounting systems.
• Organize, scan, file, and maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other supporting documents.
• Assist in updating books of accounts, transaction summaries, and accounting schedules under the guidance of senior accountants.
• Support the monitoring of accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and expenses.
• Check encoded information against source documents and report missing details or discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing supporting schedules and documents for bank reconciliations, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with clients and internal team members to obtain documents and clarify transaction details.
• Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of the firm’s and clients’ records.
• Perform other related bookkeeping, encoding, and administrative tasks as assigned.
