Qualifications

Responsabilités

• General bookkeeping tasks including preparing financial reports.
• Disbursement processing and bank reconciliation.
• Managing office tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails.
• Maintaining a current database of records.
• Preparing checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports.

Connaissances

Bachelor's degree in accounting or any relevant field

At least one year of experience as accounting assistant or a related role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Fine verbal and written communication skills

Solid desktop/microsoft skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
