Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a reliable Senior Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations from our Eastwood, Quezon City center. This hybrid, night-shift role focuses on precise bookkeeping, processing transactions, and reconciling accounts using cloud-based platforms.

The ideal candidate will manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and month-end processes while maintaining well-organized records and collaborating with the finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or similar finance role.
• Experience using QuickBooks for day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Exposure to Stripe or Bill.com is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, bills, and payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and payment records.
• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
• Monitor and reconcile customer payments processed through Stripe.
• Manage bills and payment workflows using Bill.com.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and basic financial reporting.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Help resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Support the finance team with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
