The Qualifications We Seek
Education and BIM Experience
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building, Construction, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of architectural BIM modeling experience; construction experience preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong Revit portfolios and BIM training may be considered for junior-level opportunities
- Accredited BIM training or Autodesk Revit certification is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture and AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings
- Basic understanding of construction detailing and statutory drawing requirements

- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with the discipline to check work before submission
- Receptiveness to direction and correction, with a strong interest in developing technical expertise
- Reliability under deadline pressure, including periods of extended hours near submission dates
- Team-oriented approach with clear written and verbal communication skills in English
General Requirements
- Availability for a five-day workweek, with overtime when required to meet submission and coordination deadlines
Your Daily Tasks
Model Authoring & Delivery
- Develop and update architectural Revit models-including walls, floors, doors, windows, ceilings, finishes, staircases, and wet areas-to the LOD required at each project stage
- Convert consultant 2D drawings and design models into contractor working models in accordance with project standards and the BIM Execution Plan
- Create and modify Revit families, sheets, views, schedules, and annotations according to company and project template standards
- Update models promptly based on approved drawing revisions, site instructions, and architect's instructions while maintaining accurate revision records
- Update Revit models to incorporate all approved finishing materials, including floor and wall tiles, paint colors, skirting, and other relevant architectural finishes
- Provide architectural BIM modeling services to support tender preparation and submission
Coordination Support
- Support multidisciplinary coordination by preparing model exports, views, and markups for coordination meetings
- Participate in clash detection reviews using Navisworks/ACC and rectify assigned architectural clashes
- Raise design discrepancies, missing information, and buildability concerns to the Senior BIM Modeler for RFI action
Documentation
- Produce shop drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, details, door and window schedules, and finishes schedules from BIM models
- Assist in extracting model quantities to support procurement and progress claims
- Prepare and update as-built models and drawings for project handover
Standards & Housekeeping
- Comply with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), file-naming conventions, workset structures, shared coordinates, and Common Data Environment (CDE) folder protocols
- Maintain model health by resolving warnings, purging unused elements, managing links, and controlling file sizes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date drawing registers and transmittal records
