- Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Weekends Off

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling construction projects from start to completion, with hands‑on experience using Revit throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience managing BIM requirements across the full construction project lifecycle, from design and coordination through construction and completion
- Demonstrated experience in precast, PPVC, or other DfMA building projects in Singapore, strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Eurocode 2/SS EN standards, BCA structural submission requirements, and local rebar detailing practices
- BIM certification or equivalent, an advantage
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit Structure, with strong capability in structural BIM modelling and project documentation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage
- Working knowledge of Tekla Structures, particularly for precast and rebar, strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Dynamo, and Bluebeam Revu
- Ability to read and interpret structural design drawings, PE-endorsed calculations, and precast erection sequences
- Familiarity with 4D sequencing tools such as Navisworks TimeLiner and Synchro, an advantage

- Strong structural reasoning, with an understanding of load paths, erection sequences, and the purpose behind structural details
- High dimensional accuracy and discipline, with an understanding of the site costs and impacts associated with modelling errors
- Ability to manage project requirements across the construction lifecycle and coordinate deliverables through completion
- Ability to meet tight casting and delivery schedules without compromising checking rigour
Responsibilities
- Author and maintain LOD 350-400 structural models covering piling and pile caps, foundations, basement structures, columns, walls, beams, slabs, transfer structures, staircases, ramps, and roof structures
- Model precast and DfMA elements, including precast columns, beams, planks, hollow‑core slabs, staircases, façade panels, and PPVC modules, with connection details, corbels, joints, tolerances, and lifting and erection provisions
- Develop reinforcement models and rebar details where required, including bar bending schedules (BBS), lapping, couplers, and congestion checks at critical joints
- Model cast‑in items, embeds, sleeves, box‑outs, kickers, construction joints, post‑tensioning zones, and temporary works interfaces, including formwork systems, props, and scaffolding tie‑ins
- Maintain accurate structural setting‑out, gridlines, levels, shared coordinates, and site datum alignment across all disciplines
Coordination & Clash Management
- Coordinate structural models against architectural and MEP models
- Verify sleeve and opening positions, service penetrations, and beam‑service clearances against structural design limits
- Run Navisworks and ACC clash detection, issue and track clash reports, and escalte penetrations that exceed permissible limits to the Technical Engineer
- Support construction sequencing, 4D simulation, and method statement visualisation for critical structural operations
Documentation & Submission
- Produce construction‑issue structural shop drawings, precast element drawings, rebar drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and as‑built drawings from the model
- Extract concrete, formwork, rebar, and precast quantities for procurement, subcontractor claims, and cost control
Leadership & Quality
- Supervise and mentor structural BIM Modellers, review their output before issue, and manage workload allocation
- Conduct model QA/QC to verify dimensional accuracy against approved drawings and ensure standards compliance
- Enforce the project BEP, Singapore BIM Guide requirements, CDE protocols, and revision control discipline
