Job summary

A leading architecture firm is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with exceptional Revit skills to manage project production and standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience, a tertiary qualification in landscape architecture or architecture, and proficiency in 3D viewing software like Autodesk Navisworks and LUMION. This role requires effective communication, team collaboration, and a willingness to work overtime when necessary. Responsibilities

• Develop/update BIM Workflow, protocols and standards.
• Liaise with BIM Specialist and Technicians.
• Manage Revit project production and contents.
• Provide day-to-day BIM Technical support.
• Ensure company procedures, standards and workflows are communicated to project teams.
• Provide day-to-day BIM technical support to the Revit Manager.
• Review BIM Execution Plans and BIM Scope of work.
• Create and maintain Revit Template files to ensure standards.
• Develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow standards.
• Provide BIM training and implementation across disciplines.

DESCRIPTION

• Develop/Update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards.
• Liaise and coordinate with BIM Specialist / BIM Technicians / BIM & Design System Lead/ BIM Technical.
• Organize, configure and maintain projects.
• Manage Revit project production and project contents and Standard Library objects.
• Ensure company procedures, standards and workflows are applied and communicated to the project teams.
• Provide day-to-day BIM Technical support to the Revit Manager.
• Reviewing and preparing BIM Execution Plans, BIM Scope of work and contractual documents
• Creation and maintenance of Revit Template file to assure standards.
• Assist in Developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
• Revit training & implementation for all the disciplines.
• Putting the strategy for the file segregation.
• Plan, create a plan of implementation. Who are the team members, what the project is & what the goals are
• Managing the company’s BIM360 Admin account
