Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a BIM Modeler to turn engineering concepts into precise 3D precast models and fabrication-ready drawings. You will influence project outcomes while working onsite in Ortigas, with a focus on productivity, accuracy, and safety.

Ideal candidates have BIM experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit or similar platforms. The role offers Day Shift, weekends off, and rich growth opportunities within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Draftsmanship, or a related discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in BIM modeling, precast concrete detailing, or a related field
• Experience preparing cutting lists, rebar details, precast shop drawings, or similar construction documents
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Revit, Allplan, Tekla, or comparable platforms
• Knowledge of BIM concepts, workflows, and application processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction, structural, and architectural drawings
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
• Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and receptive to emerging technologies
• Availability to start immediately and willingness to work onsite in Ortigas

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain detailed 3D precast concrete models using Allplan, Revit, Tekla, or other BIM software
• Prepare and check layout plans, connection details, production drawings, fabrication shop drawings, and supporting documents for submission and approval
• Review drawings and models for compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, industry standards, and sound engineering practices
• Interpret construction drawings and apply standard precast detailing requirements accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams to support seamless design, production, and project delivery
• Conduct BIM coordination activities, including model reviews, clash detection, drawing revisions, and technical issue resolution
• Perform other related duties assigned by management or the designated manager
