Job summary

Hitachi Solutions is seeking an experienced Jr. Billing Analyst to manage end-to-end invoicing for HISOL's Asia Pacific region. The role collaborates with the Accounting team and customers to improve billing efficiency and accuracy.

Reporting to the APAC Associate Director - Finance, you will support invoicing for T&M and fixed-price projects, monitor timesheets, and assist in audit requirements while ensuring data integrity across billing processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting, invoicing, and credits.
• Familiarity with billing records, customer statements, and receivables.
• Experience with invoicing, credit memos, and master data maintenance.
• Analytical thinking and ability to resolve billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Create T&M and fixed-price project invoices.
• Generate invoices and update BTA files for projects.
• Monitor fixed-price projects and issue invoices as needed.
• Prepare project allocation reports.
• Follow up on incomplete timesheets and billing inquiries.
• Review contracts/MSA and related documents for billing accuracy.
• Send time reports to project managers and assist audit requests.
• Create new customer accounts and verify documentation.
