Hitachi Solutions Asia Pacific is seeking a Jr. Billing Analyst to manage end-to-end invoicing for the Asia Pacific region. You will collaborate with Hitachi’s Accounting team and customers to improve the billing process, meet growing demands, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations experience.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting and financial systems supporting invoice prep and credit memo processing.
• Understanding of billing records, customer statements, and receivables documentation.
• Familiarity with invoicing, posting credit memos, and updating customer master data.
• Data literacy and ability to analyze billing data.

Responsibilities

• Create T&M and Fixed price projects.
• Generate invoices for T&M projects and update BTA files.
• Monitor Fixed price projects for billing and issue invoices.
• Do project allocation reports.
• Follow up incomplete timesheets.
• Review contracts (MSA/Screening form) and other documents for project creation.
• Send time reports to PM.
• Assist in billing-related requests/queries.
• Create new customer accounts and complete related documents.
• Assist in Audit requirements for APAC region.
