You will work closely with attorneys across all phases of client service and case management, focusing on labor and litigation, securities, corporate practices, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at organization, and brings strong legal research and writing abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent writing skills.
• 2025 Bar exam passers preferred.
• Applicants will be trained directly by the Partners to handle labor and litigation matters, securities and corporate practices, government and regulatory compliance and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys across all phases of client service and case management.
• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on labor, litigation, securities and corporate matters, and regulatory compliance.
