Atty. Earl Louie M. Masacayan LLM, DBA, CPHR seeks a Junior Associate Lawyer for a full-time role based in Concepcion, Tarlac. You will work with senior attorneys to support diverse matters and develop core legal skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include legal research, drafting documents, preparing for trials, and advising clients under supervision. Notary sharing is available as an extra income opportunity within firm policies.

Qualifications

• Law degree (Juris Doctor or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Successful completion of the bar examination and admission to practice as an attorney.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases, as well as standard office software applications.
• Professional and ethical approach to legal practice with client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and analysis to support senior attorneys and clients.
• Drafting and preparing legal documents, contracts, pleadings and correspondence.
• Assisting in the preparation of cases for trial, arbitration and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Providing advice to clients on legal matters under supervision.
• Attending client meetings and court hearings to support legal representation.
• Reviewing and analyzing contracts and agreements to identify potential legal issues.
• Maintaining case files and legal documentation in an organized manner.
• Contributing to the development of legal strategies and solutions for client matters.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely and effective delivery of legal services.
• Keeping abreast of changes in relevant legislation and legal developments.
