Job summary

Century Properties Group Inc. is seeking a licensed architect to lead the preparation of architectural drawings from Pre-Design through Construction stages. You will deliver rendering plans, perspectives, and animations for project presentations.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Primavera, plus strong verbal and written communication, and a willingness to be based in Makati for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect required.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCad, Photoshop, Primavera.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati city.

Responsibilities

• To prepare the architectural drawings involved from Pre-Design Stage up to Construction Stage.
• To prepare presentation drawings such as rendered plans, perspectives, and animations.
• To prepare technical requirements like area tabulation and inventory checklist, sales map and batching maps.
