Job summary

Century Properties Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Graphic Artist/Designer to gather information from multiple departments and design compelling marketing materials for print and digital use.

You will create, edit, and refine visuals in line with brand guidelines for corporate launches and events. The role requires 1–2 years of real estate graphic design experience, strong layout and typography skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/college degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of work experience as Graphic Artist/Designer from real estate company.
• Experience in graphic design and various multimedia output is an advantage.
• Knowledge in layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and web.
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Sketch, InDesign.
• Knowledge of WordPress/Elementor is an advantage.
• Photography and photo editing is an advantage.
• Copywriting is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Team player and can multitask.
• Detail oriented with analytical thinking.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
