Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 6 months internship or OJT experience in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly tax reports and remittances in accordance with government regulations.
• Maintain and update daily financial records, including tracking of expenses, disbursements, and transactions.
• Manage payroll processing, billing, and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Record and post journal entries and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
• Review employee timekeeping records to ensure correct salary and wage computations.
• Provide assistance during financial audits by organizing and submitting required documents and supporting records to external auditors.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and government tax requirements.
• Carry out other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
