Job summary

Mariano Abueme & Co., CPAs in Metro Manila seeks a careful accounting professional to support daily financial operations and client documentation. You will record transactions and maintain ledgers, while processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries under supervision.

You will also assist in preparing BIR returns (VAT, EWT, Income Tax) and gather requirements for SLSP, books of accounts, and other documentation.

Responsibilities

• Record daily transactions and update general ledgers.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
• Maintain organized and complete accounting documents.
• Assist in identifying discrepancies and propose adjustments.
• Assist in preparing BIR returns (VAT, EWT, Income Tax, etc.).
• Gather requirements for SLSP, books of accounts, and other documentation.
• Provide support in monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Communicate with clients for basic document requests.
• Assist seniors with data collection and report preparation.
