Job summary

TOA Global Pty in Clark or Cebu, Philippines is hiring a Junior Accountant for on-site, full-time work. You will handle bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting for our international clients, building a solid foundation in Australian accounting standards.

You will work closely with managers and directors to maintain day-to-day ledgers, prepare special purpose financial statements, and assist with corporate tax returns while meeting budgets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in AU accounting environments.
• Working knowledge of MYOB Essentials, AccountRight Live and Xero with BAS/FBT compliance.
• Strong time management and attention to detail in financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and ledgers management, data entry from source documents and reconciliations.
• Prepare SPFS and income tax returns for various entities including sole traders and companies.
• Coordinate statutory compliance returns (BAS, FBT, payroll tax) and filings.
• Draft client communications and support with managers/directors on financials.
• Manage budgets and ensure timely, accurate working papers.
• Assist in cash flow and P&L forecasting and tax planning.
