Job summary

TOA Global in the Philippines is seeking a Junior SMSF Accountant to join our specialized SMSF team. Based in Clark, Cebu, Manila, or Tarlac, you will support Australian clients with fund administration and compliance.

You will process contributions, pensions, and rollovers under supervision, prepare financial statements and tax returns, and assist in audit-ready documentation. A foundation in SMSF and 1–2 years of experience is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of mandatory SMSF experience in an Australian accounting firm or public practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of SMSF administration (contributions, pensions, rollovers) and software such as BGL Simple Fund 360 or Class Super.

Responsibilities

• Master the essential building blocks of SMSF accounting, processing contributions, pensions, and rollovers with high precision.
• Prepare foundational SMSF financial statements and tax returns under supervision.
• Assist in building audit-ready workpapers and ensuring documentation supports all movements.
• Collaborate with senior SMSF accountants and auditors to resolve queries and finalize fund accounts on time.
