Job summary

TOA Global in the Philippines (Clark, Cebu, Manila, or Tarlac) is seeking an AU Junior Accountant to begin a world-class career in Australian public accounting. You will be mentored to master complex compliance, prepare tax returns, and support Australian partners.

You will handle BAS/IAS, bank reconciliations, account coding, and simple workpapers, fostering accuracy and timely service. This role offers international exposure and growth into Intermediate/Senior roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of mandatory Australian accounting firm/public practice experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of preparing individual returns and basic compliance with Australian software.
• Team player with learning mindset and strong communication to coordinate with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own individual and sole trader tax returns under supervision.
• Reconcile bank accounts, code transactions, and prepare simple workpapers.
• Collaborate with managers to deliver timely results for a diverse client portfolio.
• Follow firm processes to ensure the integrity of financial statements.
