Private Advertiser in Quezon City is seeking an attentive accounting professional to support daily financial processing and documentation. The role involves posting and reviewing records, preparing vouchers, and ensuring accuracy in journal entries, with potential for growth in bookkeeping tasks.

The ideal candidate is a graduate in accounting, with basic experience or strong internship exposure, proficient in MS Office and familiar with QuickBooks or Sage, and willing to work in Libis, QC.

Formación

• Accounting graduate or related 4-year accounting course.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• With at least 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in bookkeeping or basic accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Excel).
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Has broad knowledge in preparation of manual journal entries and bookkeeping.
• Organized and has good time management.
• Willing to work in Libis, Quezon City.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in posting of outgoing payments to Vendors in SAP HANA.
• Assist in manual encoding and reviewing of Employees expense reports in Trading Business (Commercial & Admin Support) namely Business Trips, communication, entertainment, and others.
• Assist in preparation, printing and filing of payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and BIR 2307 certificates released to vendors (cheques and online).
• Assist in daily recording of cheques receive from sales agent.
• Assist in encoding of vouchers from customers to assist in reconciliation and mapping of payments to correct invoices.
