• Monitors machine condition and troubleshoots minor problems.
• Refers major problems to maintenance technicians.
• Assists in conducting preventive maintenance on the machine.
• Conducts machine sanitation.
• Performs daily production tasks.
• Monitors and controls material spoilage during bottling.
• Assists maintenance tech in machine changeover before bottling.
