Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines Inc. seeks a Bottling Line Operator to manage highly automated bottling equipment, ensure product quality, and optimize line efficiency. You will monitor parameters, perform preventive maintenance, and analyze data to prevent deviations.

The role requires technical/ vocational training or relevant experience, with strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of TPM and 5S practices. This is a full-time on-site position in Davao City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of a technical/vocational course with relevant training or experience.
• Experience in mechanical/electrical/pneumatics and operating highly automated bottling equipment.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting automated machines and computer diagnostics.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and supply chain management.
• Excellent analytical abilities, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bottling line equipment runs efficiently to meet performance targets.
• Maintain adherence to start-up, operation, shutdown SOPs and preventive maintenance.
• Record and analyze process data; investigate deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot using PSP, document actions, and monitor improvements in performance.
• Validate machine performance against product quality and food-safety standards.
• Conduct SMED-based mechanical changeovers with minimal downtime.
• Participate in TPM activities including lubrication, inspection, and 5S/GMP.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance and verify quality of external work.
