Job summary

Atos seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join its global AI & Analytics practice. You will configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/CMDB and GRC solutions, translating business needs into effective designs for clients.

Collaborating with customers, you will participate in design workshops, deliver technical configurations, and support associated presales activities. This is a remote, permanent role with global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or related discipline.
• 18–36 months hands-on design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform, or 3+ years of experience with similar ITSM tools.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and KPIs.
• Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL and related technologies.
• Ability to produce documentation at technical and customer-facing levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary focus areas: ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, ITAM, IRM, ITOM/CMDB & GRC
• Supporting functional design workshops and contributing to the creation of design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements
• Working closely with customers to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions
• Contributing to the technical delivery, including configuration, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborating with Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture teams to support client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions

Your Expertise

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline
• Experience :
• Hands‑on experience in design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform (approximately 18-36 months), or 3+ years of experience with similar ITSM tools.
• Minimum Required Skills
• Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and key performance indicators
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
• Ability to produce documentation on various levels including technical and customer facing
