Job summary

R & E Espiritu Builders Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Civil Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years’ experience in construction, fit-out, or project management. Experience as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Site Supervisor is an advantage.

The role requires monitoring progress, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams, and strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in construction, fit-out or project management; experience as Site Engineer, Project Engineer or Site Supervisor is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting and cost monitoring.
• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, contracts and project documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD and project management software are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to monitor project progress, manpower, materials and site activities.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
• PRC license for Civil Engineering is an advantage depending on project requirements.
