Cooee Inc. in Makati seeks a Junior Fire Protection Draftsperson to turn designs, site surveys, and mark-ups into accurate AutoCAD and Revit drawings for fire protection systems.

You’ll report to the Design/Drafting Lead and collaborate with project, service, and estimating teams; all work is reviewed and approved before issue. We partner with an Australian fire protection provider serving government, health, education, commercial, and remote resources clients across Australia.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years’ experience in drafting / building design (building services, mechanical, architectural, or equivalent).
• Advanced AutoCAD & Revit—specifically fire protection modelling.
• Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and AS 1100 drawing practices.
• Excellent spoken & written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Teams, SharePoint.
• Preferred: Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud / Aconex.
• Advantage: Fire protection drafting experience; familiarity with AutoSPRINK, HydraCAD, or SprinkCAD.

• Assemble submission packages; revise drawings in response to feedback.

• Build and maintain Revit fire protection models per project BIM requirements.
• Run clash detection; coordinate resolutions with other trades.
• Attend coordination meetings; upload deliverables to project data platforms.
• Assist with hydraulic calculations and software inputs.
• Conduct site surveys; document existing conditions with photos and notes.
• Prepare schedules, material lists, concept drawings, and quantity takeoffs.
• Create sketches and mark-ups for tenders, variations, and defect quotes.
• Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and file standards.
• Organise submission packages and track deliverables against schedules.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Junior Fire Protection Draftsperson to turn designs, site surveys, and mark‑ups into accurate, compliant drawings and Revit models for fire protection systems sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, detection & alarm, EWIS, gaseous suppression, and bushfire sprinkler systems. You’ll report to the Design/Drafting Lead and collaborate with project, service, and estimating teams; all work is reviewed and approved before issue.

We partner with an Australian fire protection provider serving government, health, education, commercial, and remote resources clients across the Northern Territory, South Australia, and far north Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting & Coordination

• Prepare layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, and details from Lead instructions

• Draft to Australian Standards, NCC, and project specifications

• Create block plans and as‑built drawings from site information

• Assemble submission packages; revise drawings in response to feedback

• Cross‑check designs with other disciplines; flag conflicts to the Lead

BIM & Modelling
