You will prepare drawings and Revit models for fire protection systems and coordinate with other building services to ensure designs are ready for installation. This role suits someone with 1–3 years of drafting experience in building services, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in drafting or design, preferably in MEPF or building services.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Revit for technical drawings or 3D modeling.
• Understanding of technical drawings and building services coordination.
• Good attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Makati City or Iloilo City.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and as-built documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop and update 3D models of fire protection services.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans.
• Assist with drawing reviews, clash detection, and resolving coordination issues with other building services.
• Prepare block plans, equipment schedules, material lists, and drawing packages.
• Update drawings based on site surveys, project mark-ups, and feedback from the design team.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing revisions.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior MEPF Draftsman with experience in building services drafting or design to join our partner’s team in the Australian fire protection industry.

In this role, you’ll prepare technical drawings and Revit models for fire protection systems, working alongside experienced design and project teams. You’ll also help coordinate drawings with other building services to ensure designs are accurate, practical, and ready for installation.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in Me mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or Fire Protection (MEPF) drafting who wants to expand their technical skills and gain experience in fire protection systems.

Direct fire protection drafting experience is an advantage, but candidates with relevant building services drafting experience are encouraged to apply.
