Job summary

Archipelago Builders Corporation seeks an experienced survey professional to oversee surveying across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases. You will establish control points, perform geodetic measurements, inspect layouts, and prepare comprehensive survey documentation to ensure precision and accuracy in building projects.

The role requires a BS in Civil or Geodetic Engineering, relocation willingness, and the ability to start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Geodetic Engineering.
• Willing to relocate and start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve drawings, assess conflicts, and explain drawings to lineman and aide.
• Check all survey equipment and conduct calibration procedures of all instruments before use.
• Issue consumables to survey aides and lineman.
• Establish horizontal and vertical control points by marking them to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Use equipment and tools properly and accurately.
• Conduct inspection of layout and elevation with inspectors to ensure survey measurements are within desired specifications.
• Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of the building.
• Prepare all data, charts, plots, maps, records and documents related to survey.
• Supervise and provide guidance to survey team and train them in performing surveys or drafting works.
• Provide post concreting report after pouring and accurate as built data for further assessment.
