Job summary

Flashpacker Inc. is seeking a capable architect for a 3-month contract in Makati, Philippines. The role involves hands-on design and construction coordination.

Key duties include concept development with clients, design and planning using AutoCAD 2D/3D and SketchUp, regulatory compliance, project coordination, material selection, site supervision, and documentation.

Qualifications

• With or without licensed
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Sketch Up and other architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• 1-2 years of experience in architectural design and construction
• Experience in residential, commercial projects is advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Site Supervision: Oversee construction progress to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Problem Solving: Address design and structural challenges that arise during the project.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit necessary permits, reports, and construction documents.
