Job summary

Royaland Harvests Development Realty OPC is seeking a licensed or unlicensed Architect to lead design, development and supervision of interior retail and commercial spaces.

You will use AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D rendering to prepare cost estimates, material take-offs and technical reports, and you will coordinate with vendors and manage agile project activities.

Qualifications

• Architecture graduate with or without license.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Rendering, Design Estimation, Agile Project Management, Vendor management, material take-off, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Highly analytical and good communication skills.
• Two years' experience in design, development, and supervision of interior, spaces and fixtures for retail and commercial establishments.
• Knowledge of actual construction works.
