Job summary

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a Jr. Analyst in Payments & Risk Management to manage daily payments, disbursements, and fraud screening. You will process SAP-based payments, handle bank instructions, and monitor reconciliations for accuracy.

Based in Pasay City with hybrid work options, the role supports the finance team and collaborates with banks, vendors, and internal partners to ensure compliant payment processes and timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience in payments, disbursements, and/or collections processing; SAP experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and payment processing; international payments and SWIFT processing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payments, collections, disbursements, and fraud-screening transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Process and validate payments and Payable Vouchers in SAP, including preparation and submission of bank payment instructions.
• Monitor bank transactions, remittances, reconciliations, aging reports, and unrecorded transactions, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Perform fraud review and payment verification, including suspicious card transactions and billing/fee validation.
• Prepare receipts, statements, reports, reconciliation schedules, and payment documentation.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers, banks, vendors, and business partners to resolve payment and collections concerns.
• Maintain financial databases, systems, records, and supporting documents.
• Provide administrative, project, reporting, and operational support while ensuring compliance with established payment controls and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or any related field .
• Experience in payments, disbursements, and/or collections processing , with hands‑on SAP experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and payment processing ; international payments and SWIFT instruction processing are an advantage.
• Familiarity with accountable forms and financial documentation , such as Acknowledgement Receipts and invoices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications , particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills .
