First Circle, a leading fintech in the Philippines, seeks a Payment Operations Analyst to manage end-to-end payment processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You will optimize payment systems and provide exceptional client support in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role requires 0-1 year of experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong analytical skills. Fresh graduates are welcome. On-site 3 days per week at our BGC office with competitive perks.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload for fast and reliable execution to ensure timely disbursement of funds to customer accounts.
• Ensure all data is accurately entered into company systems to elevate customer experience in disbursement.
• Preemptively identify errors in customer information to request re-submission for a seamless process.
• Liaise with customers for confirmation of cheque pick-up and receiving physical cheques.
• Maintain records of returned cheques from partner banks and navigate cheque dashboard.
• Assist in leading new operational process design and platform improvements.

We are looking for a Payment Operations Analyst who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payment processing workflow - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance - throughout the process. You will play a key role in optimizing payment systems and providing exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workload for fast and reliable execution to provide a consistent time taken to disburse funds to customer accounts.
• Ensure all data is accurately entered into the company's systems to elevate the customer experience in the disbursement process.
• Preemptively identify errors in the information provided by the customer to allow them to re-submit accurate information and/or documents for their loan for a more seamless process.
• Liaise with customers for confirmation of cheque pick-up and receiving physical cheques.
• Manages and maintains records of returned cheques from partner banks. Navigate cheque dashboard for necessary cheque actions
• Assist team in leading new operational process design such as building new policies and platform improvements.

• 0-1 year of relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from data.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools.

• Monthly salary range: PHP22,000 - PHP23,000
