Job summary

TTEC Philippines is seeking a Senior Retail Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Cainta. You’ll help customers by providing quick answers, consulting on products with empathy, and finding resolutions that turn a good experience into an exceptional one.

In a typical day you’ll answer incoming communications and conduct research to resolve issues, while staying focused on meeting targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Open to both entry-level candidates and experienced call center professionals.
• High school graduate (old curriculum) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong verbal communication skills, effective voice tone control, and the ability to adapt to diverse customers and cultural backgrounds.
• A learner’s mindset with openness to feedback, a commitment to resolving customer issues, and the drive to consistently meet targets and KPIs.
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Proficient in basic computer use and navigating multiple systems to support efficient customer interactions.
