About the role
We are recruiting an Advisor to join our dynamic team at Concentrix Philippines in Cebu Central Visayas. This is a full-time position based at our IT Park location, offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a customer-focused organisation. As an Advisor, you will be the voice of our brand, providing outstanding customer support whilst representing our clients with professionalism and dedication. This role is strategically important to our operations, as Advisors are fundamental to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency
- Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints with empathy and a commitment to resolution
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in systems and databases
- Follow established call centre protocols, procedures and quality standards consistently
- Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings and productivity metrics
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialist teams when necessary
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour throughout all customer interactions
- Participate in training programmes and quality assurance activities to continuously improve service delivery
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support overall team objectives
What we're looking for
- High school diploma, vocational diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English with clear articulation and active listening abilities
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help customers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining quality standards
- Patience and composure when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers
- Reliable attendance and punctuality record
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with call centre software systems
- Availability to work in a shift-based environment, which may include evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
