About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Advisors to join our team at Cebu IT Park in Cebu, Central Visayas. This is a full-time position where you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, delivering high-quality support and solutions to our valued clients. As an Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and responsive communication. This role offers the opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment whilst working with a diverse range of clients and business challenges.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat with professionalism and efficiency
• Providing accurate product and service information to customers to resolve their concerns and queries
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in company systems
• Following company policies, procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery
• Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
• Building positive customer relationships and contributing to overall customer satisfaction metrics
• Participating in training programmes and continuing professional development initiatives
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively
• Meeting or exceeding performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores and quality standards
• Providing feedback and suggestions for service improvement

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; college degree is preferred
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Customer service experience in a call centre or customer-facing role is highly desirable
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Patience, empathy and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
• Computer proficiency and comfort with learning new systems and software
