Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any Business course.
• Strong business-level proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written).
• At least 2 years of active sales/relationship management experience, preferably handling Japanese accounts.
• Strong grasp of sales processes, credit evaluation, and banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard affluent Japanese individual and corporate clients for the Hexagon Club.
• Manage and scale client portfolios by understanding financial needs and business goals.
