Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines seeks a Sales professional to drive acquisition and relationship growth for Japanese clients within the Hexagon Club. You will tailor banking solutions and contribute to branch performance in a fast-paced metropolitan setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of active sales experience in relationship management, preferably with Japanese accounts, and strong knowledge of banking policies and credit evaluation to support sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any Business course.
• Japanese national or Filipino with strong business-level proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese.
• At least 2 years of active sales experience in relationship management, preferably handling Japanese accounts.
• Strong grasp of the sales process, credit evaluation, and banking policies.

• Proactively acquire and onboard affluent Japanese individual and corporate clients into our flagship Hexagon Club.
• Manage and scale client portfolios by deeply understanding their financial needs, business goals, and cultural nuances.
