Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage travel expense reimbursements, including approvals, processing, and accounting records.
• Collect and reconcile travel data, prepare reports for related departments.
• Process reimbursements and accruals while ensuring proper accounting treatment.
• Provide guidance on claim requirements and reimbursement procedures to travelers.
• Handle post-approval corrections and payment transfer issues; support smooth operations.
