Fujitsu Philippines seeks an Expense Reimbursement Operator to manage end-to-end reimbursement processes, review applications, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with accounting. The role includes SAP Concur responsibilities and data reconciliation across travel expenses.

You will handle travel, HR and GA reimbursements, and respond to inquiries in Japanese, requiring JLPT N2 level. Relocation is not required; start date is January 2027.

Qualifications

• JLPT N2 or higher; reading and listening equal to N2, writing via email in Japanese.
• FUJITSU Level 10 expected; Level 9 considered if candidate could reach Level 10.
• Experience in expense reimbursement operations and using Concur is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Travel Management and related expense data collection and reporting.
• Process travel expense reimbursements, accruals, and subsidy-related procedures with proper accounting treatment.
• Guide travelers on claim requirements and reimbursement procedures to ensure compliance.
• Handle post-approval corrections, payment transfer errors, and inquiries to support smooth operations.
• Review and maintain supporting documentation for accuracy, compliance, and integrity of reimbursements.
• Manage usage reviews and fact-finding for proper reimbursement processes.
• Create and update manuals and business flows for tasks and processes.
