Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

• The person will be responsible for data classification of contents within the client platform in accordance to the policies and guidelines set by the client.
• Analyze and review photos, videos and text-based content following the guidelines and policies set by the client within the required turnaround time and flag objectionable content.
• Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions.
• Interface effectively with other internal and client teams across multiple geographies.

TO QUALIFY:

• Japanese Proficiency - N3 or higher
• Finished a 4- or 5- year Bachelor Degree course OR:
• Finished at least 2 years in college (with no back subjects) and at least 1 year work experience in the BPO industry.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule in Makati City, Quezon City, Mandaluyong City, or Taguig City
