Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy.
• Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models and IT financing models.
• Proven ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements including understanding customer needs, analyzing complex problems, and proposing effective and scalable solutions.
• In-depth understanding of various IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent customer and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements and challenges.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and translate them into tailored domain solutions.
• Develop cost models for deals and lead proposals to profitability and successful closure.
• Participate in contract negotiations up to signature and facilitate handover to delivery teams.
• Create compelling solution documents and present them to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
