Job summary

Bosch Service Solutions, Inc. is hiring for a First Level IT Support role in the Philippines. You will assist a global team with incidents and requests via phone, email or chat and resolve them at first contact.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in IT Service Desk, fluent in Japanese and English (B2-C1), and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Onsite day shifts with weekends off; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Preferably with minimum 6 months experience in an IT Service Desk.
• Excellent knowledge (oral and written) Japanese & English language (at least B2-C1 level).
• General IT Knowledge with focus on workplace IT.
• Ability of cross-functional thinking and quick problem solving skills.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Customer service and solutions-oriented person, conveying genuine willingness to help.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High degree of self-motivation and learning potential.
• Amenable to work on day shift; weekends off and working onsite.
• Can start asap!

Responsibilities

• First Level IT support for a global team. e.g. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
• Collect, document, resolve and process user incidents and requests via phone/e-mail/chat
• Use knowledge base in daily business
• Frequently communicates with team management about new solutions and open points
• Support the ITSD Global Team in developing new ways of working.
