Responsibilities include providing excellent player support via ticketing, email, or chat, translating when needed, and maintaining reports to streamline processes. Strong Japanese (C1-C2) and English (B2+) are essential, with familiarity with CRM tools like Helpshift or Zendesk.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Japanese (C1–C2) with English at least B2.
• Strong communication skills for effective player support.
• Flexible to adapt to diverse player needs and situations.
• Reliable and accountable in handling inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support to players via ticketing, email, or chat.
• Investigate and resolve player inquiries promptly.
• Assist internal teams with project requests and feedback collection.
• Provide translations when required to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain accurate reports to streamline processes and QC.
