Job summary

Keywords Studios Plc invites an HR Generalist to join a global team in the Philippines. The role focuses on Compensation & Benefits operations while contributing to Talent Management initiatives, ensuring compliant, efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities include supporting compensation program design, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, payroll-related tasks, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in HR, preferably in Compensation & Benefits or a generalist role.
• Hands-on payroll, timekeeping, and HR operations.
• Experience in data collection, reporting, and analysis.
• Prior experience in a multinational or global organization is preferred.
• Proven ability to engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of compensation programs by Global Rewards Team to ensure market competitiveness.
• Involved in salary benchmarking exercises and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay practices.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health initiatives, insurance, and wellness activities.
• Support / Assist monthly payroll-related processes, time keeping / attendance tracking.
• Respond to employee queries related to compensation and benefits in a timely manner.
• Assist in updating and implementing C&B policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit regular C&B reports and support audits by providing required documentation.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Support government-related submissions (e.g., maternity, paternity, and other statutory leave claims).
• Stay updated on market trends and HR best practices.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned from time to time.
