Position: UTILITY / JANITOR

Job Description:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, kitchen, and dining areas
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials
• Refill hygiene supplies such as soap, tissue, and sanitizers
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of utility storage areas
• Follow health and safety standards at all times
• Support other departments with cleaning-related tasks when required
• Report any damages, repairs, or safety hazards to management immediately

- High School Level or equivalent

- Proven experience in a janitorial, custodial, housekeeping or utility role is a plus.

-Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage time efficiently.

-Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and procedures.

-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

-Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks.

-Willing to be assigned at within Cebu City Restaurant operation stores and other municipalities such as: (PASEO ARCENAS-BANAWA,SM SEASIDE STORES, PAROLA NAGA, LAHUG STORES, PARKMALL, PUEBLO, MACTAN, PAROLA DANAO, CONSOLACION, SUDLON-LAHUG, IL CORSO, PAROLA CORDOVA, ROBINSONS GALLERIA STORES, IT PARK STORE, SM JMALL)
